1. Hotel Pickup
Pickup from your hotel in Cancun or Riviera Maya (recommended around 7:00–8:00 AM).

Tulum Hours 8AM – 5PM, it is a 90 min drive from Cancun Tour guide is optional. 90 min guided tour is approx $90 USD. Drive to Xcaret takes 30-40 minutes. Set pick up time with driver (before or after the show). In between Tulum and Xcaret you can stop to shop, eat at a small restaurant or go directly to Xcaret. In Xcaret you can swim/snorkel, float down the underground river, walk through the jungle, eat, drink or relax in a hammock

Tips:
Bring biodegradable insect repellent and sunblock. You can only use biodegradable products on the reef and in cenotes. Bring swimsuit, towel, hat, sunglasses, camera. Make sure to bring a change of clothes as the driver will not let you in the vehicle if you are wet Bring cash. Deposit for snorkel equip & locker required at Xcaret. The deposit will be refunded by the park when returning the items. Kids must present and I.D.
Additional Information:
Children under 5 years old are always free! Children from 5 to 11 years old pay child price. Older than 11 pay adult price. ALL CHILDREN under 12 years old (including FREE KIDS under 5 years old), must present proof of age. A copy of their passports will work. They will be checked at the park. Make sure to bring this with you! You and your group go directly from your hotel to Tulum Ruins and Xcaret Park. Price per adult drops when the more adults you are. Kids prices remain the same, no matter how many. Infants are free. (Child rate is based on age or height as set out by the park). 12 people max per vehicle regardless of ages. 13 people (including infants) or more, will require 2 or more vans and the rates will change.
