Arrive early to enjoy a full day of activities.

Besides the more than 50 attractions included in your Xcaret admission, you can also enjoy a buffet meal at the restaurant of your choice. In addition, you have access to Plus Area exclusive facilities, with lockers, dressing rooms and private restrooms, and the use of snorkel gear for the underground rivers.

Hotel pick up is up to you. We suggest 7-8 am. Tulum Hours 8:30AM - 10:30 PM, it is a 90 min drive from Cancun Tour guide is optional. 90 min guided tour is approx $90 USD. Drive to Xcaret takes 30-40 minutes. Set pick up time with driver (before or after the show). In between Tulum and Xcaret you can stop to shop, eat at a small restaurant or go directly to Xcaret. In Xcaret you can swim/snorkel, float down the underground river, walk through the jungle, eat, drink or relax in a hammock

Any extra stop or activity not purchased in this package Gratuities There is a small federal fee for video cams at Tulum Tour guide is optional. There is a tram that for $20 pesos per person will take you from the entrance of Tulum to the ruins Deposit for snorkel equip & locker at Xcaret (approx $25 USD per person). The deposit will be refunded by the park when returning the items. Food and beverages The Tlacho Dinner, Sea-Trek, Swim with Dolphins and Snuba activities are not included in the tour cost, but are available at Xcaret.

Tips:

Bring biodegradable insect repellent and sunblock. You can only use biodegradable products on the reef and in cenotes. Bring swimsuit, towel, hat, sunglasses, camera. Make sure to bring a change of clothes as the driver will not let you in the vehicle if you are wet Bring cash. Deposit for snorkel equip & locker required at Xcaret. The deposit will be refunded by the park when returning the items. Kids must present and I.D.

Additional Information:

Children under 5 years old are always free! Children from 5 to 11 years old pay child price. Older than 11 pay adult price. ALL CHILDREN under 12 years old (including FREE KIDS under 5 years old), must present proof of age. A copy of their passports will work. They will be checked at the park. Make sure to bring this with you! You and your group go directly from your hotel to Tulum Ruins and Xcaret Park. Private tours are for your group only and therefore you plan the day. *** Note that the certified guides inside the ruins are not included on this tour, and they are not part of the service that we provide.
